    WHAT IT COSTS

    Priced per integration.

One standard gateway, courier or messaging setup sits at the floor. CRM sync with custom rules and custom apps are quoted above it. The written scope prices each one separately.

    IF IT GOES WRONG

    Test orders first.

    Then real ones.

    01

    Test mode before live

Gateways are wired in their test mode and apps on a development store or unpublished theme, before the live checkout changes.

    02

    Accounts in your name

Gateway, courier, CRM and messaging accounts belong to your business. Access is granted to build, and can be revoked.

    03

    Failures that report themselves

Custom integrations log a failed sync, retry it and alert someone. An order does not disappear between two systems.

    04

    Written down

Every integration is documented so your team, or another developer, can maintain it.

    05

    Scope in writing

Integrations are listed and priced one by one before the build. A change is priced before it is made.

    06

    Bugs fixed

Anything in the delivered scope that does not work as agreed is fixed. Monthly maintenance, from €179 a month, covers API changes after that.

    WHO IT'S FOR

    One store. Many tabs.

If the second list sounds closer, another service is the better start.

    Integration work fits

    • 01
A store opening to Indian buyers

UPI, cards, wallets, cash on delivery and a courier, set up properly the first time.

    • 02
A team copying orders between tabs

Shopify, a spreadsheet and a courier portal, reconciled by hand every morning.

    • 03
      A store adding one-click checkout

Shiprocket, GoKwik, Shopflo or Razorpay Magic Checkout, with discounts and tracking still working.

    • 04
      A need no app covers

A rule for inventory, loyalty or order routing particular to the business, built as a custom app.

    Look elsewhere first

    • 01
      The whole store is new

Shopify Theme Development sets up checkout, payments and apps as part of the build.

    • 02
The work is outside the store

Invoices, leads, support and reports across the business belong to Business Automation.

    • 03
      The logic lives in checkout

Custom discounts, delivery rules and checkout fields go beyond integrations. That work is quoted in writing on request.

    STANDARDS YOU CAN CHECK

    Proven with an order.

Each one is checked before go-live, and the evidence comes with the documentation.

    01

    Every method, one test order

UPI, card, wallet, COD and a refund, each run through and recorded before the gateway goes live.

    02

    Webhooks verified

Custom apps check Shopify's HMAC signature on every webhook, so only Shopify can trigger them.

    03

    Least access

A custom app asks only for the API scopes it uses. The list is in the documentation.

    04

    Keys kept out of code

API keys live in environment secrets, never in the theme or the repository.

    05

    No pasted scripts

Storefront apps load through app blocks and app embeds. Tracking runs through Shopify's customer events.

    06

    A map of the wiring

One diagram: which system sends what to which, when, and what happens if it fails.

    CHECKOUTS AND APPS

    Five stores. Four checkouts.

Each case file lists the checkout and the apps the store runs.

    BEFORE YOU BRIEF

    What founders ask before connecting.

Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU and Paytm, with UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, plus cash on delivery. PayPal for buyers abroad. The gateway account and its KYC are in your business's name. The setup, the test orders and the refund check are the work.
Shiprocket, GoKwik, Shopflo and Razorpay Magic Checkout, the ones D2C stores in India use. Each has its own pricing and its own strengths on COD, address autofill and discounts. The first call covers which suits the store.
Shiprocket, Delhivery and BlueDart. Orders pass from Shopify to the courier, the tracking number comes back to the order, and the customer gets tracking updates without anyone copying a number by hand.
Yes. HubSpot, Zoho and Freshsales for CRM, and Klaviyo, WebEngage and MSG91 for email and SMS. Customers and orders sync from Shopify, and messages such as order confirmation, dispatch and abandoned cart fire from store events.
Yes, when no existing app does the job: inventory rules, loyalty logic or an order workflow particular to the business. It is built as a custom app on Shopify's Admin API and webhooks, installed only on your store, with the code in your repository.
They can. Storefront apps are added as app blocks and app embeds and load only on the pages that use them. Tracking runs through Shopify's customer events. Back-office integrations such as couriers and CRM run on the server and add nothing to page load.
Custom integrations log every failed sync, retry it, and send an alert if it still fails, so an order cannot go missing quietly. The documentation says where the logs are and what to do. Monthly maintenance, from €179 a month, covers API changes and fixes after handover.
Shopify is the focus. Integrations for WooCommerce and custom-built stores are taken up case by case after the first call.
Integration projects start at €149 per integration: one gateway, courier, one-click checkout or messaging tool connected, tested with real orders, documented in a short handover note, with one round of changes and 14 days of bug fixes. A custom Shopify app, or a CRM sync with custom rules, is quoted in writing. Time depends on the provider: a gateway waits on KYC approval, a custom app on its scope. The written scope carries the price and the date for each integration.
