    The work
    that runs itself.

Order updates, follow-up emails and stock alerts, moved off a person's morning and into workflows that are tested, monitored and written down.

    WHAT IT COSTS

    A subscription. Pricing at launch.

Automation is being built as a software subscription. Pricing is published when it launches. Tool subscriptions are paid by you to the tool.

    HOW LONG

    Four phases. Then yours.

The number of workflows chosen from the audit sets the build dates.

    01
    Week 1

    Operations audit

Every manual workflow mapped, with the places work waits on a person.

    02
    Weeks 1–2

    Opportunity map

Candidates ranked by hours saved and cost to build. A tool chosen for each.

    03
    Set in the scope

    Build and test

Each workflow built and run on test data, with error handling and alerts, before it touches a live order.

    04
    At handover

    Training

The team walked through each automation, with the documentation in hand.

    05
    Monthly

    Review

What ran, what failed and what to automate next.

    IF IT GOES WRONG

    A failed run. An alert.

Automations break when an app changes its API or someone renames a field. Each one is built expecting that.

    01

    Error handling on every workflow

A failed step is caught and reported to a person. It does not fail quietly.

    02

    Tested before it goes live

Each workflow runs on test data before it touches a live order or a real customer.

    03

    Written down

Every automation has a document: trigger, steps, accounts. Anyone on the team can follow it.

    04

    Accounts in your name

Zapier, Make, n8n and Klaviyo accounts belong to your business, so the workflows stay with you.

    05

    Scope in writing

The workflows to be built are listed before the build. A change is priced before it is made.

    06

    Alerts answered

The subscription is where responding to alerts and repairing workflows after handover will sit.

    WHO IT'S FOR

    Every morning. The same task.

If the second list sounds like you, start there.

    Automation fits

    • 01
      Orders copied between systems

Shopify to shipping to CRM to a spreadsheet, by hand, every day.

    • 02
Follow-ups sent one at a time

Order confirmations, delivery updates and review requests typed out or pasted.

    • 03
      Stock tracked in a spreadsheet

Low stock noticed when a product sells out, not before.

    • 04
      Posts scheduled by hand

A content calendar that depends on someone remembering.

    Look at these instead

    • 01
The tool does not exist yet

An internal dashboard or a customer portal is software, not a workflow. See Web Apps, CMS & Expo.

    • 02
Payments or shipping are not connected

Wiring a gateway or a courier into the store is App & Payment Integrations.

    • 03
      The goal is more orders

Automation gives time back. Growth Optimization works on the conversion rate.

    STANDARDS YOU CAN CHECK

    Documented. Named. Tested.

Each one is visible in your own tool accounts at handover.

    01

    One document per automation

Trigger, steps, accounts touched and who to tell when it fails.

    02

    An error path on each

Every workflow has a failure branch that sends an alert to a named person.

    03

    Named for what they do

Each workflow is titled by its trigger and result, such as 'Order paid to Shiprocket shipment'.

    04

    A test run on record

The run history shows each workflow passing on test data before it was switched on.

    05

    No shared logins

Connections are made from accounts your business owns, with access you can revoke.

    BEFORE YOU BRIEF

    What founders ask before automating.

Zapier, Make, n8n and Shopify Flow, with custom scripts where none of them fits. Shopify Flow suits work that starts and ends inside Shopify. Zapier and Make connect most tools that have an API. n8n can be self-hosted when data has to stay on your own server. The audit names a tool for each workflow, with its running cost.
The audit answers that before anything is built. Every manual workflow is written down, and each one is ranked by the hours it takes off the team, so the first build is the one that gives the most time back.
Each workflow is built with error handling and an alert, so a failed run reaches a person instead of failing quietly. Responding to those alerts after handover is part of the subscription model.
Business automation is being built as a software subscription, and its pricing is published at launch. Until then there is no price to quote, and we do not guess one. Tool subscriptions, such as Zapier, Make or n8n, are paid by you to the tool, and their cost is stated before anything is built.
The operations audit runs in week one, and the ranked list of what to automate follows by week two. Build dates depend on how many workflows are chosen, and the written scope sets them.
You do. The tool accounts are in your name, and every automation is documented: what triggers it, what it does, and which accounts it touches. Your team is trained to run and change them.
No. Zapier, Make and Shopify Flow are visual builders, and the training session covers editing a workflow in each one used. Where a custom script is part of a build, it is documented line by line.
Yes. Scheduled posting, auto-replies and reposting of older content are among the common builds.
No. Shopify Flow is Shopify-only, but Zapier, Make and n8n connect a CRM, an email platform, Google Sheets and most operations tools to each other, with or without a store in the middle.
