    WHAT IT COSTS

    Priced by the image.

₹200 an image covers upscaling, colour correction and clean-up, with two revision rounds on the sample. Video and heavy hand retouching are priced separately from the audit, in writing.

    First call
The library, where the files will be used, then a written scope.
    HOW LONG

    Audit first. Then the batch.

A typical plan. The number of files and the share needing hand work move it.

    01
    Day 1–3

    Asset audit

Every file reviewed and sorted: what it needs, what it will be used for, and which files are not worth processing.

    02
    Day 3–7

    Settings and sample

Upscaling, colour and clean-up settings chosen for your library. A sample set comes back within 48 hours for approval.

    03
    Day 7–10

    Processing and checks

The batch run on the approved settings. A person inspects the results at full size and corrects by hand where needed.

    04
    Day 10–12

    Delivery

Masters, web formats and print versions exported, with the list of what changed.

    IF IT GOES WRONG

    The originals never change.

Every result is a new file beside the one you sent.

    01

    Originals untouched

Work is done on copies. What you sent comes back exactly as it was.

    02

    A sample before the batch

Settings are approved on a small set. The full run starts after that.

    03

    Inspected at full size

Upscaling can invent detail. Faces, label text and fine patterns are checked at 100%, and anything that came out wrong is redone by hand or returned as it was.

    04

    Told what cannot be saved

An out-of-focus or badly lit source has limits. The audit says which files are worth processing and which need a reshoot.

    05

    Scope in writing

File count, the work on each group of files, formats and revision rounds are listed. A change is priced before it is made.

    06

    Fixed if it is wrong

A delivered file that does not meet the agreed sample is corrected as part of the job.

    WHO IT'S FOR

    Most libraries. Not every file.

If the second list sounds like you, the services named there are the better spend.

    Refinement fits

    • 01
Years of product photos at web size

Images too small for zoom, marketplaces or print.

    • 02
A catalogue shot on different days

Whites that do not match and colour that shifts from product to product.

    • 03
      Phone footage worth keeping

Founder videos, factory clips and unboxings that shake or look flat.

    • 04
      A move into print

Packaging, catalogues and hoardings that need more pixels than the website did.

    Look elsewhere first

    • 01
      Only the background is wrong

Background Remove & Replace puts the same product on a new backdrop.

    • 02
The source is out of focus, or the pack has changed

New images are the answer: AI Product Photography, or a reshoot.

    • 03
      New angles are needed

A view the photo never showed cannot be recovered by refinement. AI Product Photography builds new scenes from reference photos, and other angles are quoted in writing on request.

    STANDARDS YOU CAN CHECK

Measured in pixels. Checked at 100%.

Each one can be checked on the delivered files.

    01

    Resolution per file

Delivered pixel dimensions listed against the source. Upscaling stops at 4x.

    02

    Colour space

sRGB for screens. CMYK conversions for print made to the printer's profile, when it is supplied.

    03

    White that matches

Catalogue backgrounds read RGB 255 where a marketplace requires it, and match from image to image.

    04

    Web formats

WebP and AVIF beside a JPG or PNG master, with file sizes listed before and after.

    05

    Label text

Text on packaging compared with the real label at full size. Characters the upscaler invented are corrected.

    06

    Video

MP4 in H.264 at the source frame rate. The stabilisation crop is shown on the sample before the batch.

    BEFORE YOU BRIEF

    Before the files are sent.

Up to four times its resolution. A 500 px image becomes 2,000 px. Beyond 4x the result stops looking like a photograph, so the work stops there.
Yes, and it is better said plainly. An upscaler estimates the missing pixels from what is around them. On surfaces, edges and fabric that works well. On small label text and faces it can guess wrong, so those are inspected at full size and corrected by hand in Photoshop, or the file is returned as it was.
The aim is the same photo, larger and cleaner. Nothing in the scene is replaced, and sharpening and noise reduction are set on a sample you approve before the batch runs.
Yes: stabilisation, colour correction and grading in DaVinci Resolve, noise reduction and format conversion. Stabilising crops the frame slightly, and the sample shows by how much.
A photo that is out of focus, heavily compressed or lit so that detail is lost has limits no tool removes. The audit marks those files and says whether a reshoot or AI Product Photography is the better spend. If the packaging has changed since the photo, the photo is out of date whatever its size.
Refinement (upscaling, colour correction and clean-up) is ₹200 per image, with two revision rounds on the sample. Video and heavy hand retouching are not in that price: they are quoted from the audit, in writing, before work starts.
A sample set comes back within 48 hours. A typical batch, from audit to delivery, is 10–12 days. The size of the library moves the date.
New files beside the ones you sent: a JPG or PNG master, WebP and AVIF for the store, and print versions where the source allows. File names are kept so each image maps back to its product. The originals are returned untouched.
