Old photos.
New resolution.
The photos and footage you already have, upscaled up to four times, colour-corrected across the catalogue, cleaned up and stabilised. Nothing is reshot, and the originals stay as they were.
Every file. One standard.
The audit lists every asset and what it needs. The scope is priced from that list.
Priced by the image.
£2.99 an image covers upscaling, colour correction and clean-up, with two revision rounds on the sample. Video and heavy hand retouching are priced separately from the audit, in writing.
Audit first. Then the batch.
A typical plan. The number of files and the share needing hand work move it.
Asset audit
Every file reviewed and sorted: what it needs, what it will be used for, and which files are not worth processing.
Settings and sample
Upscaling, colour and clean-up settings chosen for your library. A sample set comes back within 48 hours for approval.
Processing and checks
The batch run on the approved settings. A person inspects the results at full size and corrects by hand where needed.
Delivery
Masters, web formats and print versions exported, with the list of what changed.
The originals never change.
Every result is a new file beside the one you sent.
Originals untouched
Work is done on copies. What you sent comes back exactly as it was.
A sample before the batch
Settings are approved on a small set. The full run starts after that.
Inspected at full size
Upscaling can invent detail. Faces, label text and fine patterns are checked at 100%, and anything that came out wrong is redone by hand or returned as it was.
Told what cannot be saved
An out-of-focus or badly lit source has limits. The audit says which files are worth processing and which need a reshoot.
Scope in writing
File count, the work on each group of files, formats and revision rounds are listed. A change is priced before it is made.
Fixed if it is wrong
A delivered file that does not meet the agreed sample is corrected as part of the job.
Most libraries. Not every file.
If the second list sounds like you, the services named there are the better spend.
Refinement fits
- 01Years of product photos at web size
Images too small for zoom, marketplaces or print.
- 02A catalogue shot on different days
Whites that do not match and colour that shifts from product to product.
- 03Phone footage worth keeping
Founder videos, factory clips and unboxings that shake or look flat.
- 04A move into print
Packaging, catalogues and hoardings that need more pixels than the website did.
Look elsewhere first
- 01Only the background is wrong
Background Remove & Replace puts the same product on a new backdrop.
- 02The source is out of focus, or the pack has changed
New images are the answer: AI Product Photography, or a reshoot.
- 03New angles are needed
A view the photo never showed cannot be recovered by refinement. AI Product Photography builds new scenes from reference photos, and other angles are quoted in writing on request.
Measured in pixels. Checked at 100%.
Each one can be checked on the delivered files.
Resolution per file
Delivered pixel dimensions listed against the source. Upscaling stops at 4x.
Colour space
sRGB for screens. CMYK conversions for print made to the printer's profile, when it is supplied.
White that matches
Catalogue backgrounds read RGB 255 where a marketplace requires it, and match from image to image.
Web formats
WebP and AVIF beside a JPG or PNG master, with file sizes listed before and after.
Label text
Text on packaging compared with the real label at full size. Characters the upscaler invented are corrected.
Video
MP4 in H.264 at the source frame rate. The stabilisation crop is shown on the sample before the batch.
