    HOW LONG

    A catalogue. About a week.

A typical plan. Image count and edge difficulty move it.

    01
    Day 1

    Upload

Photos sent in a batch, in any format, with a SKU list where there is one.

    02
    Days 1–2

    Sample set

A small set processed first, so the crop, the white, the shadow and any scene are approved before the run.

    03
    Days 2–5

    Full run

The catalogue processed to the approved look. Difficult edges refined by hand.

    04
    Days 5–7

    Check and export

Every image looked at by a person, then exported per marketplace and for the store.

    IF IT GOES WRONG

    The originals stay untouched.

Every edit is a new file.

    01

    Originals never overwritten

Work is done on copies. The photos you sent come back as you sent them.

    02

    A sample before the run

The look is approved on a small set first, so a wrong crop or shadow is caught on a few images, not the whole catalogue.

    03

    A person checks every image

Nothing is exported on the software's word alone.

    04

    Bad edges redone

An image with a halo, a clipped corner or a shadow falling the wrong way is redone as part of the order.

    05

    Scope in writing

Image count, treatments and formats are listed before work starts. A change is priced before it is made.

    06

    Files that are yours

Every export is yours for commercial use, on the store, on marketplaces, in ads and in print.

    WHO IT'S FOR

    Good photos. Wrong wall.

If the second list sounds like you, start with a different service.

    Background work fits

    • 01
A catalogue shot over several years

Different tables, walls and lighting, brought to one white and one margin.

    • 02
      A brand listing on marketplaces

Main images exported to Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra rules, each in its own folder.

    • 03
A seasonal campaign without a reshoot

The same product in a festive scene this month and a summer one the next.

    • 04
A collection page that should line up

Every product at the same size, on the same ground, in the same grid.

    Look elsewhere

    • 01
The photos are blurred or small

Image & Video Refinement comes first. A clean edge does not fix a soft photo.

    • 02
      There is no usable photo

AI Product Photography builds new images of the product. New angles are quoted in writing on request.

    • 03
      Glass, liquids and people

A bottle the old background shows through, a pour, a hand holding the product. A shoot gets these right.

    STANDARDS YOU CAN CHECK

    Open any file. Zoom in.

Each one can be checked on the exports themselves.

    01

    Pure white is pure white

Marketplace main images at RGB 255, 255, 255. Check any corner with a colour picker.

    02

    Edges inspected at 200%

No halo, no clipped corner, no leftover backdrop between handles, straps or strands.

    03

    Product colour unchanged

sRGB throughout. The product matches the original photograph; only what is behind it changes.

    04

    One margin across the catalogue

The same crop, alignment and product-to-frame ratio on every SKU.

    05

    Formats named in the scope

PNG with alpha for cutouts, JPEG for marketplaces, WebP or JPEG for the store.

    06

File names that match your SKUs

Each export keeps the SKU or original name, with a suffix such as -white or -scene-01.

    BEFORE YOU BRIEF

What founders ask before a batch.

The product stays your photograph. The mask around it is made by software, and hard edges are refined by hand. On a white or cutout image nothing is generated at all. On a scene image, the backdrop, the shadow and the reflection are generated to match the light on the product. The product itself is not redrawn.
On boxes, bottles, jars and most hard goods, clean on the first pass. Hair, fur, lace, mesh and glass are refined by hand in Photoshop. Every image is looked at by a person before export, and one with a halo or a clipped corner is redone.
They are exported to each marketplace's published image rules as they stand when the job runs. Amazon main images, for example, need a pure white background at RGB 255, 255, 255 with the product filling most of the frame. The starting rate covers one marketplace. Name the marketplaces you list on, and each further one is quoted as its own export folder.
Yes, as a priced extra to the starting rate. Scenes can be chosen from a library or made for the brand: a surface, a colour, a setting and a light direction, approved on a sample set before the full run. The same product can then be shown in a festive scene and a summer one from a single photo.
$0.99 an image covers removing the background and leaving a white or plain-colour one, with one marketplace export and two rounds of comments on a sample set. Generated scenes, further marketplace exports and unusually difficult edges are not in that price. They are quoted in writing once the photos have been looked at.
A typical catalogue takes about a week: a sample set inside 48 hours, then the full run, the check and the exports. A very large catalogue, or one with many hand-refined edges, takes longer, and the scope gives the date.
In focus, evenly lit and at the largest size you have. Any format is accepted. Removing a background does not repair a blurred or small photo. Those go through Image & Video Refinement first, or are reshot.
When the product is glass or liquid and the old background shows through it, when a person has to hold or wear it, or when the original photo is too poor to save. A shoot gets those right, and the scope says so before any money is spent on editing.
You do. Every exported file is yours for commercial use on your store, on marketplaces, in ads and in print. Your original photos are never overwritten.
