Payments, shipping, apps.
Wired once.
Gateways, couriers, CRM and messaging connected to your Shopify store. Tested with real orders, and written down for whoever maintains them next.
From the order to the doorstep.
Each integration is listed in the written scope, with its price.
Priced per integration.
One standard gateway, courier or messaging setup sits at the floor. CRM sync with custom rules and custom apps are quoted above it. The written scope prices each one separately.
Mapped first. Then wired.
The scope sets a date for each integration. The order of work does not change.
Requirements
Every tool, every hand-off and every manual step between them, drawn as one map.
Technical scoping
Each provider's API checked for what it can do. Integrations, prices and dates put in writing.
Implementation
Built and tested one integration at a time, in the provider's test mode or on a development store.
End-to-end test
Real orders through the whole chain: payment, courier, tracking message, CRM record, refund.
Documentation
Data flows, accounts, keys and failure steps handed over with a walkthrough.
Test orders first.
Then real ones.
Test mode before live
Gateways are wired in their test mode and apps on a development store or unpublished theme, before the live checkout changes.
Accounts in your name
Gateway, courier, CRM and messaging accounts belong to your business. Access is granted to build, and can be revoked.
Failures that report themselves
Custom integrations log a failed sync, retry it and alert someone. An order does not disappear between two systems.
Written down
Every integration is documented so your team, or another developer, can maintain it.
Scope in writing
Integrations are listed and priced one by one before the build. A change is priced before it is made.
Bugs fixed
Anything in the delivered scope that does not work as agreed is fixed. Monthly maintenance, from $199 a month, covers API changes after that.
One store. Many tabs.
If the second list sounds closer, another service is the better start.
Integration work fits
- 01A store opening to Indian buyers
UPI, cards, wallets, cash on delivery and a courier, set up properly the first time.
- 02A team copying orders between tabs
Shopify, a spreadsheet and a courier portal, reconciled by hand every morning.
- 03A store adding one-click checkout
Shiprocket, GoKwik, Shopflo or Razorpay Magic Checkout, with discounts and tracking still working.
- 04A need no app covers
A rule for inventory, loyalty or order routing particular to the business, built as a custom app.
Look elsewhere first
- 01The whole store is new
Shopify Theme Development sets up checkout, payments and apps as part of the build.
- 02The work is outside the store
Invoices, leads, support and reports across the business belong to Business Automation.
- 03The logic lives in checkout
Custom discounts, delivery rules and checkout fields go beyond integrations. That work is quoted in writing on request.
Proven with an order.
Each one is checked before go-live, and the evidence comes with the documentation.
Every method, one test order
UPI, card, wallet, COD and a refund, each run through and recorded before the gateway goes live.
Webhooks verified
Custom apps check Shopify's HMAC signature on every webhook, so only Shopify can trigger them.
Least access
A custom app asks only for the API scopes it uses. The list is in the documentation.
Keys kept out of code
API keys live in environment secrets, never in the theme or the repository.
No pasted scripts
Storefront apps load through app blocks and app embeds. Tracking runs through Shopify's customer events.
A map of the wiring

Order in.
Parcel out.
