THE FOUNDER
The Mom Store
Surbhi Bhatia started The Mom Store in Bengaluru in July 2018, after her own pregnancy, when she couldn't find maternity wear and baby essentials she trusted. With a background in mathematics, she spent two years testing products and building relationships with brands before the store took shape. She runs it today as founder and CEO.
Expecting and new mothers, and the families buying for them. Maternity wear, feeding, nursery, gear and gifts sit in one store, from pregnancy through the early school years.

THE STOREFRONT
What a shopper finds.
01
Mom, Baby, Kids
The menu opens on stages of life, then splits into shelves like Nursing & Postpartum or Feeding & Soothing Essentials. A shopper starts from where she is, not from a product name.
02
Gifts by age and occasion
The Gifting menu sorts by age, newborn to five years, and by occasion, including Naamkaran and Annaprashan. A relative who doesn't know what the baby needs still has a place to start.
03
A registry and a checklist
Baby Registry sits in the top bar so parents can list what they need for family to buy, and a Hospital Bag Checklist sits under Mom.
04
Terms beside Add to cart
The maternity kurti page shows COD, delivery across India and worldwide, chat support and 'Non Returnable & Only Exchanges' as badges next to the button, above rows for material, neckline and wash care. Order-value coupons are listed on the page with a copy button.
05
A shop down the road
The store locator lists two Bengaluru shops, in Indiranagar and inside Cloudnine HRBR, with addresses, phone numbers and hours.
