THE FOUNDER
The Cinnamon Kitchen
Priyasha Saluja started baking with millets, almond flour and dates in place of maida and white sugar after a PCOS diagnosis. She shared the bakes on Instagram first, and they became The Cinnamon Kitchen, in Delhi. On Season 3 of Shark Tank India, she agreed a deal with Aman Gupta.
