The store you have.
Rebuilt.
An audit of where shoppers leave, then a new Shopify theme built to fix it. Same domain, same products, same orders.
Audit, theme, launch. One scope.
Listed in writing before any design begins.
A published floor.
Priced by what the store needs from us. With a theme, you supply the content and media. With theme and creatives, Drimigo prepares the product images, banners and A+ content. Both cover up to 25 products, four page types, two rounds of revisions and up to three apps carried over. Extra page types, deeper analytics, more apps and ongoing reports are quoted in writing.
Audit first. Then build.
A typical plan. Catalogue size and custom sections move it.
Audit
Heatmaps, recordings, the GA4 funnel, the app list and Lighthouse on the live store. A written report of where shoppers leave.
Wireframes and design
New page structure for home, collection, product and cart, each change tied to an audit finding. Designed at phone width first.
Build
Sections, templates, metafields and apps on an unpublished theme you can preview at any time. Two rounds of revisions are included.
Launch
Redirects, tracking checks, device testing and test orders. Then publish, and a walkthrough of the editor.
After launch
The list of tests to run next. A weekly report on the funnel and the speed for 30 days is quoted in writing. Monthly maintenance starts at $199 a month.
Customers keep buying.
On the current theme, until you publish the new one.
Built on an unpublished theme
The live store is not touched during the build. You preview the new theme from your own admin.
One click back
The previous theme stays in your theme library after launch. Rolling back takes a minute.
Nothing moves but the theme
Products, customers, orders and the domain stay in Shopify, exactly where they are.
Every changed URL redirected
The redirect list is written before launch and crawled after it, so no old link lands on a 404.
Scope in writing
Pages, sections and apps are listed before the build. A change is priced before it is made.
Bugs fixed
Anything in the delivered scope that does not work as agreed is fixed as part of the build.
Visitors arrive. Orders don't.
If the second list sounds closer, another service will serve the store better.
A redesign fits
- 01A store with traffic and few orders
People browse, add to cart and leave, and nobody can say where or why.
- 02A brand that has moved on
New packaging, new prices or a new audience, and a store that still looks like year one.
- 03A store slowed by its own history
Years of apps, pasted scripts and quick fixes on a pre-2.0 theme.
- 04A catalogue that outgrew its menus
Hundreds or thousands of products behind navigation built for twenty.
Look elsewhere first
- 01The store is not on Shopify
Platform Migrations moves the products, customers, orders and URLs. The redesign can be scoped with it.
- 02There is no store yet
Nothing to audit. Shopify Theme Development covers a first store: $999 for up to 25 products with a theme.
- 03The design works, the numbers lag
Growth Optimization tests and tunes the store you have, without a rebuild.
Measured before. And after.
Both sets of reports come with the theme.
Lighthouse, twice
Home, collection and product measured on a phone before the work and after it. Targets agreed in the scope.
Every change has a reason
Each wireframe change cites the audit finding behind it. Nothing moves on taste alone.
Redirects crawled
Every old URL returns a 301 to a live page in one hop. The crawl output is in the handover.
Theme Check: zero errors
Shopify's own linter runs on the final theme. The output is in the handover.
Every section editable
No hard-coded copy or images. If it shows on the page, it has a setting in the theme editor.
Tracking proven with an order
A test order must appear as a purchase in GA4 and Meta before the theme is published.
Three stores. All rebuilt.
Each case file shows the theme, the checkout and the apps.
What founders ask before a rebuild.
